Message: Sacred Space
Luke 23:32-43
We welcome back Sarah Scott. She graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary and Rutgers U. in 2026, ordained into psychiatric chaplaincy in Trenton, New Jersey. Sarah has a rebel’s attitude and a servant’s heart. Her mission is to share and steward the Gospel message through cultural awareness, reconciliation, and radical empathy that embodies Christ’s life and teachings. Sarah’s current understanding of her vocation involves being called to atypical ministry settings that find “church” happening in unexpected places — whether that’s the local coffee shop, bar, farm, or public gathering space. She is passionate about Scripture, theology, the stewardship of Creation and discipleship and how these things intersect with issues of justice. Currently, she is applying for jobs related to clinical social work in order to be the hands and feet of Christ in the greater Spokane community.
